Chlamydia is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). It is caused by a bacteria or a germ and is mainly transmitted through sexual activity involving the vagina, anal sex, oral sex and touching infected parts of the body with the fingers (Chlamydia sometimes occurs in the eyes).
